Exercise During Pregnancy

You should stay away from all sports that will tire you and harm the baby during pregnancy. You can engage in moderate physical activity both during pregnancy and after birth. You should choose sports that will relax you, such as

  • Passive Exercises,
  • Walking,
  • Yoga and Plates,
  • Swimming,

if your doctor tells you that you can do sports. It is more appropriate for you to do these sports 3-4 times a week and not exceed 20-25 minutes at a time. Of course, without neglecting to keep track of your heartbeat and breathing. In the upcoming weeks, you should avoid lying on your back, and be careful when lying on the right side, especially in the last few weeks!
